Jayne made us feel welcome straight away and can sing and entertain too. She's attentive and will see to almost every need. The hotel's themed background was the best part for me, and really good. Our rooms, mine and my colleagues', were fantastic and up to a high standard. The breakfast was so generous that you might not need lunch, which saves money. The location is fairly central, with trams and buses close by and the sea right on the doorstep. It was my first time there and I loved it. I'd definitely go back.

We came for the weekend starting 1st march 2024. Jayne met us and invited us into the main front room for a welcoming chat before showing us to our lovely room. She's attentive and knows a lot about the area, so don't hesitate to ask her questions. Breakfast is well worth recommending: it's very generous, with a LARGE pot of tea or coffee. We'd return to this b/b.

We visited at the end of October and found this to be great value. The bedroom was comfortable, with a large ensuite shower, and the host cooked a fabulous breakfast. It's only a short walk to the tram, which runs every 15 mins along the Blackpool coast.

The owner was happy to help with absolutely anything, and the whole stay felt like home from start to finish. Breakfast was top quality. The place was clean and quiet, about a mile from the centre of Blackpool. Parking can be tricky, but it's possible if you're patient. Ask politely and I'm sure she'd be happy to sing you a note or two.

The breakfast was great, and the place had a clean, homely feel. I hadn't been to Blackpool in nearly 12 years, so I'm glad we chose to stay here. It was well worth the money, and the hospitality was much appreciated.
