Norwyn Court

The ground-floor apartment gave the kids plenty of room to play, and I felt it was safe for children. It was larger than I expected and had all the facilities we needed, especially with little ones. The apartment was clean and tidy, and the staff were absolutely lovely. Bedding could have been a little cleaner, but service was lovely and it was great value. We enjoyed our stay, though we left a day early because I became ill. I'd recommend it and go again, thanks.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Lee gave us a lovely stay, and the location was great, just a five-minute walk from the pier and Coral Island. Thank you.

We stayed in room 2. The only reason I gave it three stars is that although there's a wheelchair ramp, the bathroom isn't wheelchair-friendly. Apart from that, no problems.

Flat A was awful, honestly. There were dirty laundry bags by the front door and stuff dumped outside our room. We weren't given a front door key and only found out when we couldn't get in one night. The door code didn't work, and nobody answered the phone. The room door lock was so bad that one push could let anyone break in. It looked like a flop house. Avoid it at all costs. The owner replied that we came in at 3 a.m., but we didn't. The woman who answered the front door tried our keys, neither opened it, then went to get another one for us. We didn't break a curtain or mess up a rug. That's another lie from the owners, and there wasn't even a rug in the room. Try the hot water too. Total flop house, and there were sheets and things right outside our door. The owners lie.
