The beds were really comfy, and breakfast was superb. It's a lovely old Victorian building with lovely staff. For the money, I couldn't ask for more. Thank you!

Terry and Chris really go out of their way to make you feel at home, even opening the bar whenever we asked during the low or mid season. The hospitality was 10-star, and breakfast was 5-star. I was in Blackpool for a conference, just a three-minute walk away, in a very clean town centre. It's the traditional family-run seaside hotel I'd call myself a bit of a snob, lol. The shower was hot, powerful, and relaxing, almost blew me away. I didn't expect that from a small family-run place. I'm back in Blackpool next April and will definitely return. Go for the breakfast and shower, if nothing else!

The owners were very friendly, the food was great, and the price for my five-day stay was great too. I'll definitely stay again. My fellow guests and I highly recommend it.

The bed, oh my god, was the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The hosts were fabulous and breakfast was really nice too. Had an absolutely brilliant long weekend here, and I'd definitely go back.

The breakfast was really enjoyable, and the location was good for exploring Blackpool and being near the bars. I wasn't in the room much, so I didn't really need the extra comforts I might have paid more for. My friend chose this hotel for a weekend because he wanted to keep the cost down. He booked a double for himself and another male friend, that's how careful he is with money, plus a single for me. His double was nicer; my small single bed felt like it might collapse under my weight. I'm a bit of a snob and would have preferred somewhere pricier. If you want a reasonable price, good breakfast, and location, this place fits. If you want bigger, nicer rooms, head for a hotel for a poncy boy. 😁 Fair enough, that's where I'll stay next time, though I'm sure my friends won't pay for it. Still, it was a nice weekend.
