Fabrik Apartments

There are sea views, and the spacious apartment is easy to reach from the beach, but the stay left me disappointed. The kitchen extractor didn’t work, one bedroom had no blinds, and one en-suite was in awful shape from poor cleaning and had a loud macerator. The penthouse was generally unclean, especially the sticky kitchen floor. The lifts weren’t working, so we had to haul our suitcases up three flights of stairs. Far from luxury.

We booked two nights through Booking.com, where the apartment was advertised as luxury, but it wasn’t. The apartment was clean and the bedding was lovely, but there weren’t enough beds for ten people. Every room had some damage, and when I contacted the people before our stay, I got no reply.

Peter, the owner, went above and beyond to make our family stay amazing. The apartment exceeded all our expectations, and the kids loved the huge TV plus the extra one in the bedroom. We had a big comfy sofa for movie nights every three nights of our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made breakfast pleasant to cook. Everything was clean, and the bathroom felt top of the range, with crystal marble sink tops, tiled walls and two amazing showers. We hope to come back every year. Thanks so much!

We stayed in the cherry suite over New Year, and the views were perfect for watching the fireworks. The apartment had loads of space, so the children could have fun and everyone still had privacy. It was beautifully presented, with comfortable furnishings, and felt safe and cosy. The rooms all had TVs and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was basic but exceptionally clean, as was the small toilet. The apartments are big, clean and well maintained. A big thank you to staff member Courtney Pinder for recommending this place. We’ll definitely return.
