The Gallery

The garden was a big hit with our young children, and we all loved our family room at The Gallery. The hotel was friendly and very clean, and we'd definitely stay again. Our hosts made us feel welcome, the decor was fab and breakfast was amazing. It's a short walk to the seafront and a quick taxi ride to the zoo. We highly recommend it.

Dominic and Paul were attentive without ever getting in our way, and Dominic was friendly and welcoming when we first arrived. We stayed for the bank holiday weekend, our first time here, and would gladly come again. The hotel's character was a real draw: no beige walls or bland prints, and there's even a cow taking pride of place in the lounge. We looked forward to the full English breakfast each morning, which set us up for the day.

We had a spacious, comfortable room and a delicious breakfast, and the owners were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. We were in town for the dance festival at Winter Gardens, just a three-minute walk from the hotel. Since they don't take big, rowdy parties, it was a relaxing stay. A great hotel, highly recommended.

The central location and well equipped accommodation worked well for all of us, and we'd definitely recommend staying here. We were five adults, one with limited mobility, and three young children, and the hosts were amazing, friendly, helpful and interesting to talk to. Breakfast was great, with plenty of choice: the children had Nutella pancakes and cooked breakfast, while I had the vegetarian breakfast. We had a lovely stay at The Gallery in 2021. Thank you!
