I couldn't feel secure with the door, so after the first night I packed all my things and left, leaving my card on the empty reception desk. This was meant to be one night out of five. My room faced the front, where a group of youths were shouting and play fighting. I felt intimidated and decided not to leave my room while they were there. The room smelled of damp and sick, the carpet was filthy, and under the bed I found an old sock and a used pair of men's underpants. I'd advise people to stay away.

The bathroom was filthy, with other people's grime and hair, and there were Jammy Dodgers trodden into the carpet. The building looked badly run down and wasn't kept clean. I couldn't and wouldn't stay here, even if I were paid to. On arrival, the woman seemed openly aggressive, and she was really rude during the short time I was there. The staff couldn't be bothered to talk to me. I'd rate it lower if I could. 👎👎👎👎👎

The bathroom smelled, the blankets were stinky, and the bunk bed ladder was loose. One of my family members was poked by glass. Definitely wouldn't recommend this, the worst hotel in Blackpool!

We stayed from 30th-4th August and had booked a family room, but were given two separate rooms instead. That wasn't ideal because one of the children has Autism. There was no hot water, so the showers were cold. In my opinion, it was an absolutely terrible place to stay. Avoid it if you can.
