David and Gill were so friendly, and the place was spotless. Breakfast was lovely and everything came hot. No trouble at all to get extra toast or a fresh pot of tea. It was quiet, with no noise. We stayed two nights and would definitely return. Thanks for looking after us. I'd recommend this B&B.

David and Gill are brilliant hosts, friendly, helpful, informative, and always ready to do more for their guests. Our superior double was spacious and spotless, and we felt safe and comfortable. Parking out front was cheap and handy. Breakfast was affordable, with a great choice, and you could decide the night before. There was an iron and board available both days we needed them, free and easy to find and use. The landing basket had things guests might have forgotten, and there was a drawer of extra tea and coffee. A lovely touch for the price. The room also had an extra heater, towels, and flannels. Everything was thought of, and even though we didn't need anything else during our two nights, I know David and Gill would have helped. Looking forward to coming back, thanks for having us!

David and Gill were extremely friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated their hospitality. We stayed nine nights in Room 7 on the second floor. The room was clean and generally comfortable, though basic. It's within walking distance of the train station, beach, and shopping mall. There were a few downsides: with no lift, carrying our big, heavy luggage was difficult. The room can get warm in summer, as there's no air conditioning. Bathroom water pressure was low, and the internet was unreliable, slow when it worked, and often disconnected. We got two bottles of drinking water only on arrival, with none replenished for the rest of the stay. Housekeeping came every other day, but the sheets were changed just once during our nine nights. A few improvements could make a longer stay more comfortable.

We got in late because of the trains, but I messaged David and he was absolutely fine about it. We had two nights in Room 3, which had everything we needed. David's a great host, explains what you need to know, and can't do enough for you. Gill cooked the breakfasts, and wow, they were fab. A great team. We'll definitely stay again the next time we're in good old Blackpool.

We've been coming here on and off for 12 years, and it's absolutely brilliant. David and Gill are first class hosts and always make us feel welcome. The whole place is spotless, and the en suite rooms have themes like Asia and India. The beds are really comfy, and the cooked breakfast is amazing 😋😋. Very highly recommended 😉
