Rhona and Simon's puppy and kitten were adorable, and the hosts clearly put a lot into making guests comfortable. They made our first visit so enjoyable that we'll definitely return. Our party of three, aged 44 to 13, had a small double and a single room. Both were spotless, with very comfortable beds, irons and boards, kettles, tea, coffee, mugs, glasses and fridges. It felt like a home from home. There were takeaway menus and a communal space with everything needed to eat in. Breakfast had plenty to choose from, including cereals, pastries, yoghurt, fruit juice, tea and coffee, plus a cooked option we enjoyed both mornings. It was perfectly cooked and so tasty. The location worked well too, with a pleasant walk along the promenade to the arcades, restaurants and shops. Thanks both for such a lovely stay.

We keep returning because Simon and Rhonda make us feel at home the moment we arrive. They're friendly, welcoming hosts, and we wouldn't choose anywhere else in Blackpool. The place is quiet, but the beach is only a couple of minutes away on foot. Breakfast has lots of choice and is always cooked perfectly. Every visit feels like coming home.

It's a quiet place at night, with a comfy bed and a handy little fridge in my room. The lovely couple serve an excellent breakfast, and the tram stops are close by. I'd definitely come again.

We found a new home from home and felt very well looked after by Simon, a great host who made us feel welcome. Our budget room was cozy and big enough for us, with a surprisingly large bathroom. The hotel could use a bit of updating, but it didn't spoil our stay. We like the North shore location for relaxing, just two minutes from the sea and tram stop into town. Breakfast was delicious each morning. Thanks so much, Simon. We'll be back sooner than you think 😀
