Oakwell

The room felt modern, clean and cozy, and the staff were both professional and caring. The service went beyond what I expected. A great experience!

Mumtaz, her sister and family gave us excellent hospitality during our two-night stay with the family. It’s a lovely family run hotel in a handy spot, with free parking, clean rooms and a very reasonable price. Breakfast had lots of different foods, and we really enjoyed it. We’ll definitely come again. Thank you, Mehboob sidat.

We had a warm welcome from Aadil during the Christmas holidays, and the weather was fab. Before bedtime, my son was brought a hot drink and shortbread. We spent three nights there and enjoyed every bit of it. The room was spacious and clean, with a cute toilet room, and breakfast and service were lovely. The beach was right opposite, with the pier, blackpool tower and the pleasure Beach all within walking distance. We met some lovely families and made good friends. It felt homely and loving, and I’d definitely recommend it.

The next morning, breakfast was amazing, with pastries, cheese and breads, plus eggs made just how we liked them. My sister and I were there with our families for a weekend in June, and the sea-facing rooms were just the right size. On arrival, the warm, homey reception made me feel sure we’d be comfortable. We were offered a delicious Indian tea, one of the best I can remember having. Mumtaz and her wonderful family made it a memorable weekend, and I’d definitely go back.
