Sandy and Brian made the place for us. They were brilliant hosts, and even sang happy birthday to my daughter at breakfast. She was delighted with the fuss they made. The rooms were clean, comfortable and really nice, with some lovely extra touches. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order and excellent. I was after a proper Blackpool stay, and this was exactly the sort of place I wanted. We had a great time and will definitely come back. Many thanks to Sandy and Brian.

We felt so welcome here that we booked another stay for our wedding anniversary as we were leaving. Brian and Sandy were wonderful, breakfast was great, and the whole place was clean and tidy.

It's in a quiet spot, though only a five-minute walk from the main road. Brian and Sandy were lovely hosts, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. Our room was spotless, warm and comfortable, and breakfast was excellent.
