South Pier and the tram stop are straight across the road, so the location is excellent. I’d recommend the steakhouse a few doors down if you’re after a nice meal. I’ve stayed in lots of Blackpool B&Bs over the past 15 years and often found them run down, so this hotel really surprised me. It’s nicely decorated and very clean, with thoughtful extras like spare bedding if you’re cold and a fan in the cupboard if you’re warm. I’d definitely return.

The outside could give you the wrong first impression, since the hotel looks run down. But inside, the room was warm and the rooms, bedding, toilet and bathroom were all very clean. There was a Smart TV too, and the owner and staff were excellent. An absolute bargain.

Claire was such a welcoming owner, and the family room was spotless and had everything we needed. It suited us and our family perfectly. I was told booking through the guest house itself is cheaper than using hotel sites, so we’ll do that next time. We’ll definitely return. Thanks so much for having us!

A lovely little guest house, close to Pleasure Beach and quiet at night. Claire was so friendly, and booking direct meant an easy, friendly exchange and the best rate. We’ve nothing to complain about. Thank you!

The location is fantastic, right on the front facing South Pier. It’s a lovely budget hotel with clean, comfortable rooms, and the lady who runs it is very kind and happy to help with anything. The spot is perfect.
