We went for Walsall vs fleetwood yesterday and the place was really horrible. There was sick in the room, the bed sheets and cupboards were dirty, and the room was tiny, more like a box than a family room. We wanted to leave on the first day, so we did. When I messaged to say we’d gone, they said we were racist.

For a budget stay in Blackpool, The Riviera is a good no nonsense option. My room was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I had an excellent stay and will definitely come back! 😁

We slept well, with no rowdy noise from town, and the room was clean with fresh bedding and free WiFi. It’s a great hotel for the price, about a 10 minute walk from the beach and town. The bathroom was a little cramped, like one in a caravan, but clean and decent for a short stay. There’s no parking right outside, though a fairly cheap pay and display car park is a 5 minute walk away. I’d definitely recommend it and stay here again.

The hosts were great, and we had lovely rooms with a comfortable bed. The heating gave us some trouble, but it was sorted quickly. Breakfast was supposed to be available, but it wasn’t.

It was awful, and I had to book somewhere else. No one answered the door except a cleaner who didn’t know what was going on. The manager cut me off, and none of the phone numbers on the door helped. Shameful. Don’t ruin your trip by coming here.
