This was my fourth stay, and I’ve never had a complaint before. We had a great time again, though the showers in our rooms are very dated and need replacing. The new owners were friendly and made our stay enjoyable. Hopefully they’ll give this wonderful hotel a new lease of life. We’d give it another try.

I’ve stayed here several times, and the new staff really stood out on this visit. They were polite, professional, and welcoming, and their positive attitude made the stay better. We’ll definitely stay again and fully recommend the hotel. The room was great, the food excellent, and the staff and owners under the new management gave us such a warm welcome and looked after us throughout our stay. The new owners plan to refurbish the whole hotel. It won’t happen in a day, but I’m sure it’ll be beautiful when it’s done. Best of luck, and see you in August. The Parks.

The room was shabby, freezing cold, and the window wouldn’t shut all the way. Waiting for the dining room door to open gave me the feeling of being back in national service. A dreadful old-time Blackpool hotel. Don’t go near it.
