The Waverley

Breakfast was excellent, and they made us feel right at home. Deb and Ray are a lovely couple, and our bedroom was spotless and comfortable. We had a lovely two-night stay in a really clean guesthouse. Thanks, Glittery Gin. We’ll definitely return.

The rooms and shared areas were spotless, and breakfast was amazing. Ray and Deb treated us like family throughout our nine-night stay. Their hospitality was something special, and I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere to stay.

The beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, and the rooms had all been newly decorated and were spotless. Breakfast at nine each morning was amazing. Debbie and ray were incredibly welcoming when we arrived and looked after every need. The Waverly b&b is close to south pier and pleasure beach, with the train station a short walk around the back. There’s a local shop just around the corner and pubs and restaurants within a short walk too. I stayed there over the September weekend in Blackpool, and it was the nicest b&b I’ve stayed in. I’d highly recommend it.

The Waverley is great value, with parking included, fantastic breakfast and service you can’t beat. The rooms are great, and the location is brilliant. Debbie and Ray were so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble during our three nights in Blackpool for an event. There are plenty of spoons if you need them! I’d happily recommend this cosy, friendly guest house if you’re visiting. Book it, you won’t regret it.
