The room had everything we needed for our two nights in September 2025: a comfortable bed, shower, TV, and tea and coffee. We barely spent time in it, but it was perfectly adequate. Ruth and the team at the Dun made us feel very welcome, and the food and service were excellent. The pub prices were really reasonable too. With my blind friend and their guide dog, we had a great stay, and I doubt we'll find better value elsewhere. We'll definitely return.

We came up for my daughter's dance competition in Neath and had a lovely stay. The rooms were spacious and very clean, and the food was delicious. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and always ready to help. The service really made the place for us. Thank you, we'll come back whenever we're in the area again! ❤️

The bar had good prices, and I enjoyed a nice pint of Dunham Stout. Breakfast was great, the staff were lovely, and the room was clean and comfortable, with a good bed, shower, bath, TV, and tea and coffee. Really good value for money. I'll definitely be back.

The buffet at a friend's Saturday afternoon birthday was excellent, with loads of choice, and there was a good range of drinks at fair prices. We had a nice-sized room at the back that opened onto a lovely outdoor seating area. The bar was the main letdown: the poor woman behind it was trying to serve our party and keep up with a back-to-back bar, while the owner just watched. A young lad arrived a bit later and eased the pressure. The toilets could use some bleach, too.
