Premier Inn Bodmin

Breakfast was hot each morning, and we really enjoyed dinner. We came as a group of nearly 30, and the hotel staff looked after us brilliantly, always friendly and efficient. Our rooms were clean, reception was so welcoming, and it made a perfect base for our trip. Thank you!

A quiet night's sleep in a bed with that familiar Premier Inn comfort. The food was great too, and the meal deal was spot on. Receptionists did all they could whenever we had a question. A great Premier Inn.

We couldn't change rooms because the others were full, so we left and found another hotel. It really wasn't a pleasant place to stay. The bath had someone else's hair in it, the towels had brown marks, and they'd been left on the floor and over the shower rail before I went in. The room lights didn't work. When I asked at reception for bulbs, I was told, "don't know where they are kept". The heating was broken too, and I was told it had "been like that for a few week bud had no complaints".

The internet was slow, fine for scrolling social media, but video calls and streaming needed a £5 upgrade for 24 hours. Still, the location was brilliant, with an Asda a minute away, food places nearby, and plenty to do around Bodmin. The science museum, cardiham woods, wildlife park and Eden project were all within 20 minutes. There’s food on site at table table too. We had a spotless, huge room for my husband and daughter, including a lovely low bed for her. Reception was really kind and brought extra towels when we needed them. Deanne even typed a letter for our daughter and gave her a teddy. It made her day, she was so excited. Thank you so much!
