Lola and the rest of the staff were brilliant, and Lola went especially far out of her way to help. The breakfast was a highlight, and the food and drinks were great. Our room was clean and nice. We were there for a Harry Potter studios tour and had a lovely time, including the letter delivered to our room for our little one. We'd happily come back!

The chef was the standout for us. When we asked for vegetarian sausages, he brought them out himself, and I noticed him checking on other tables too. That sort of personal attention from the food and beverage team felt warm and caring. The room was clean and comfortable, though as a Diamond member I found it small compared with other Hilton-brand hotels. The buffet breakfast was simple, with a sweet Harry Potter-themed corner for children. We stayed one night before the Harry Potter Studio Tour, and the overall stay felt cozy and pleasant. Check-in took more than 20 minutes, and the reception staff didn't seem very enthusiastic. Even with that frustration, the clean room and thoughtful kitchen service made this a good family option for visiting the studios.

Our accessible room was spotless, tidy and thoughtfully arranged, which made things comfortable and stress-free. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary, and the restaurant staff were warm, attentive and genuinely caring. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented, which made the occasion feel special. The team had been kind and welcoming from the time we booked, even before we arrived. So many details showed care and professionalism. We left with lovely memories and full hearts, and we'll definitely return.

We needed to attend Barnet hospital during a difficult time, and our trip was extended at the last minute. Manager Mohammad was so accommodating and helpful in making things easier. The family rooms are spacious and have two double beds. Highly recommend.
