The room was clean, tidy and quite huge, with everything anyone could want. A few observations, none of them faults: the TV kept pixelating; the mood lighting remotes in the bathroom and bedroom didn't work; and there were only two butters left in the fridge when I went down for the complimentary breakfast. Thanks to Kristina and the management for having me. I'd highly recommend staying here when visiting Boston. It's very central to the main town, with loads of local places to eat nearby, as well as shops and supermarkets.

We were a group of four and needed some help. The management group was very supportive, and although they manage remotely, they replied and resolved issues quickly, personally and right away. Great location, beautiful rooms, clean and spacious. Thoroughly recommend this hotel.

The studio was beautiful, spacious and very clean, and the hotel itself is modern and really clean. The downside was the road noise. Cars and bikes raced up the street again and again all night, with lots of shouting. That isn't the hotel's fault, but it may not suit anyone wanting a decent night's sleep.

The kids had loads of fun trying the mood lighting options, and the complimentary breakfast was decent too. Rooms were very clean and the beds comfy. Cheap and cheerful. There weren't any staff on site, but we had no issues, and actually it was quite nice not having to make small talk over breakfast.

The room was warm, and Room 8 backed onto an extractor that ran until the early hours. I sleep with industrial ear plugs, so it wasn't a problem for me, but my partner struggled with the noise and heat. I imagine it only affects certain rooms. We'd definitely stay again if we're in the area. The weekend staff were very friendly, and the continental breakfast had lots of choice. The room and communal areas were clean and tidy. Great location, right in the centre. There was a large TV, a comfy king bed and a good sized bathroom.
