Bridge Hotel Brandon

The owner upgraded our room, and the king-size bed was incredibly comfortable. Staff were friendly and accommodating, and it's a lovely place to stay if you want a long walk at the nearby National Trust site. Our room faced the road, so there was a little noise, but it wasn't bad.

They fitted in my baby shower on 27 December, and we had such a lovely time. The tables looked beautiful, we could play our own music, and the afternoon tea covered everyone's dietary needs. The portions were really generous too. A huge thank you to the team!

We were greeted so warmly, and they were happy to arrange an early check-in. The rooms were spotless and the hosts lovely. Breakfast was a highlight, with the best fruit selection I've ever seen and a really good cooked breakfast. The Bridge is definitely on our list for another stay.

The high street is close by, with plenty of places to eat, and there's a pub and riverside activities nearby too, which look great for warmer weather. It's also very close to the railway station. Convenient, though the shaking I felt shortly after arriving was a bit strange, like I wasn't alone in bed. I parked out front, but there is more parking behind the hotel. The place has been upgraded to a decent standard, with new carpets, a shower room, TV and a good bed. The room was comfortable. The patron handed me my key and then disappeared, which was disappointing as there was nowhere or no one to meet others. I'm not sure I'd call it a hotel, more of an apart-hotel.
