The venue was just right for my dad's wake and celebrating his life. It was a lovely, quiet place, with fantastic food and beautiful gardens where we could enjoy the sunshine. We had a perfect day and couldn't have been looked after any better. Thank you all so much.

I celebrated my 60th birthday here yesterday, and it was such a pleasure. The staff were amazing, the food was delicious, and the music was superb. Perfect hosts in a beautiful venue xxx

I dropped in for Sunday lunch and was blown away by how friendly everyone was and the warm welcome. My spiced chicken strips starter and topside roast beef lunch were easily the best Sunday lunch I've had. The portions are generous, so I couldn't fit in dessert. The food, service and atmosphere at this family-run restaurant are all worth recommending. Book ahead, it's a popular spot.

We had our wedding here in July 2024 with 90 people, and it was such a lovely setting. We got married on the lawn, then had the marquee, canapes, reception and an evening Pig Roast. The food was absolutely delicious, and all the staff were very nice. Martin & Sue were wonderful hosts and nothing was too much trouble. Family and friends have made lots of lovely comments about the setting and how everything was. I'd highly recommend this place.
