We were a group of 13 for lunch and had ordered in advance, including special requests for the picky eaters. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and every request had been taken care of. All the food arrived together, looked great, and tasted wonderful. Everyone enjoyed every morsel. The portions were very generous. Really worth a visit, I can’t recommend it enough.

This is a proper community-run pub that cares. The food was lovely, the ales had a good range, and prices were reasonable. Staff and locals were both super friendly, and it’s very dog friendly. We stopped for lunch while on holiday and what a find. Just wish we were local.

We had lunch on Thursday and every meal was amazing, as was dessert. Good value for money, and the staff were great. Well worth the trip.

The New Inn was so delightful we visited twice while staying nearby. It’s cosy and welcoming, with lots of original features, excellent food and super friendly staff. Dogs are welcome too. Shame we don’t live locally, I think we’d quickly become regulars.
