The village has such an old-world feel, like stepping back at least 400 years. We needed a proper quiet break and got exactly that. The house and garden are beautifully cared for, and Ann and Manor were around if we needed anything while still leaving us to ourselves. 👌

We had a lovely weekend and are already hoping to come back. The breakfast is amazing, and the room was warm, clean and comfortable. This was our second visit, and the hosts were just as lovely as before. If you get the chance, have a wander around the garden too. Thanks so much.

So glad we came across this place. The garden is pretty, with lots of spots to sit, and Manor was a really nice host. Breakfast started with fresh fruit salad, and the bacon and eggs were the best I've ever tasted. Don't miss the homemade jam and marmalade. It's only two minutes from the Quantock wedding venue.

Manor and Ann made us feel very welcome, and the cottage was clean. I stayed for three nights with a couple of friends and had a really nice time. It's a peaceful place that still feels inviting, definitely worth a look.

We went for a wedding and had everything we needed: a clean room and breakfast, with a lovely welcome from the owner. As we left, he gave us a warm send-off and a freshly picked marrow. We'd definitely love to return.
