I found a parking space on the street, which was good, and the seafront is just two minutes away. The hosts were lovely, and the room was basic but pleasant enough, with a comfy bed and tea, coffee and biscuits fully stocked. There was a constant drift of cigarette smoke from somewhere, horrible for a non-smoker. The person in the next room was arguing on the phone, swearing loudly and banging around. Fine for a couple of nights.

Helen made us feel welcome and was so friendly. She couldn't do enough for us, and everywhere was spotlessly clean. We stayed six nights, enjoyed a lovely breakfast, and were just a five minute walk from the seafront. Would recommend. Thanks, Helen and Pete.

Helen was so friendly and helpful, and the place was perfectly clean and tidy. It's pet friendly, and while we were checking in, she asked if the dogs could have a sausage after breakfast. Breakfast was huge. I ordered the small one and couldn't finish it. The beach is literally two minutes away, with everything close by, including lots of cafes and takeaways.

The breakfast was super and a great way to start the day. The B&B was clean and tidy, and the room had an en-suite and the usual things, including a TV, water cooker, tea and coffee. We were a five minute walk from both the dog beach and the Harbour. Best of all, this was the first B&B that didn't charge us for our dogs. Helen made us very welcome and we enjoyed our stay. My mum booked two nights here for our first wedding anniversary. Helen and Pete are lovely, friendly hosts who'll do anything for you. Our room was spacious, with a nice en-suite, tea and coffee, a wall-mounted TV, wardrobes and a dressing table. Breakfast was amazing, really tasty and generous. It was reasonably priced for what you get, and we didn't have one problem. We'd happily stay again and recommend it to friends and family. Thank you so much, Helen and Pete, for a great stay xx
