We had a super time celebrating two friends’ birthdays as a large group. The place was spacious, really clean, and in a great location. Before we arrived, the host gave us lots of useful information and answered the questions we had, which we really appreciated. We can’t wait to return.

The property looks great, which makes it a shame that our stay wasn’t a great experience. We had several issues during the holiday that put a dampener on things. These should have been sorted out before we arrived. I’d advise getting assurance that the house is 100% ready before booking.

We had a very enjoyable weekend at the Ryburn Hotel Bridlington, my wife, our two grandchildren and me. Linda made us feel more than welcome, and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was spotless throughout, and we really enjoyed the breakfast. I’d highly recommend the Ryburn Hotel to anyone looking for a holiday or a short stay. Thanks to Linda for making our time there so enjoyable, and all the best to her for the future. We’ll be back, I can assure you. The Shaw family, xxx

There’s loads of space, so it works well for large groups. The place is very dated, though, and the plumbing in some rooms isn’t fit for purpose.

Linda was very rude. She told us off at breakfast for sitting at the wrong table, even though plenty of other tables were free. A very rude lady.
