We were glad they could still fit us in after a leak meant our booked two-bedroom apartment for four wasn’t available. They put us in two separate rooms instead, one on the ground floor and the other couple in the penthouse. Both rooms were comfortable, clean and well equipped. We loved the bottled water and crisps in the entrance, and would definitely book again. 🥰

I’ve stayed at these apartments many times and they’re usually beautiful, with a perfect location and lots of extras. This visit was still lovely, but a few things needed attention. The upkeep wasn’t as good as usual, toiletries weren’t provided as advertised, and a few minor repairs were due. I’d still highly recommend them.

The carlton is in a perfect spot for me and my partner. The apartment has everything you need, the rooms are really clean, and the beds are very comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it. The location is brilliant, and the spacious penthouse rooms are fully equipped for a short break. Reception welcomed us and explained everything we needed to know. There were free drinks at reception and coffee pods in the room. Parking was easy, including sorting the permit online. We’ll book again for next year. Thanks!

The staff on site were really helpful, and the complimentary drinks and snacks were a nice extra. Our apartment was spacious, with a very comfortable bed and pillows, and it was spotless once it was ready. We couldn't check in at our preferred time because the apartment wasn't ready when we arrived, but the team handled it well. Great location too, and we'd happily stay again.
