We had a spacious room with a huge, comfortable bed, plus a fridge and breakfast items. That was handy since we needed to leave early for the annual RSPB boat trip from the harbour and didn't have to wait for a cooked breakfast. Jayne was welcoming and friendly, and talked us through the TV and wi-fi.

We liked this B&B so much on our first visit a month ago that we asked for the same room when we came back. It's cozy and tastefully decorated, in a perfect location in Bridlington. Jayne, the owner, was so hospitable and accommodating. Looking forward to another visit!

Once we worked out how to get in, Jane gave us a warm welcome. We had a private entrance of our own. There's free parking, though it might be best to check ahead, and the facilities cover what you need near the attractions. Breakfast isn't a full English, but the supplies were adequate, nicely presented, and very good value.

The Garden Suite was beautiful, elegant and immaculate. Jane was lovely and gave us outstanding service. Excellent hotel, and I'd definitely recommend The Oasis.

Jayne was a delight, and really helpful and knowledgeable. We spent three nights in a lovely room with gorgeous decor, a comfortable super king bed, our own fridge, and a nice selection of continental breakfast options. The ensuite shower room suited us well.
