Hotel 360

Reception was pleasant, and the package included a full English breakfast for two. The hotel is very well located, with beachfront views from the side windows. Our room was spacious, with traditional period features and a grand four poster bed dressed with drapes and tassels. It felt quite different from the usual ultra modern, minimalist style. The stairs could be a problem, so this isn't suitable for anyone with walking disabilities. Recommended, and I'd stay here again.

The location was really good, and the staff at Hotel 360 were friendly and accommodating. They even let us keep the room after check-out because we didn't want to carry our bags around. The room we eventually got looked clean apart from the mouldy smell, and the decor was tasteful. But we were first given the wrong room, and the replacement had no heating. Breakfast at the Regency restaurant was included, though the choice was just English breakfast or a vegetarian version, and the food was very poor.

We had a lovely two-night stay as a couple, and room 2 was beautiful, with palace-style interiors, a sea view and jets in the bath. The hotel kindly gave us breakfast at a local restaurant down the road, which made things even better. We'd definitely come back and recommend it to anyone after an affordable hotel in a good location. The heating ran on a 7pm to 12pm timer, though it was on in the morning on our last day. My boyfriend said the room was warm enough without it and called me “dramatic,” so it wasn't a big issue.

The bed, sheets and towels were better quality than average, and the rooms were spacious. It got a bit hot, but they did provide a fan. Customer care was good too. The room could use some redecorating, and I wish someone would sort it out and change the bins every day. Also, there were too many passive-aggressive notes about thieves.
