I stayed for three months, from September to December, and found the place comfortable and well suited to one person. The house stayed warm and cozy, with very good heating, and having a washing machine was especially useful for a long stay. The location is excellent, close to the beach, near the lively atmosphere of The Lanes, and a short walk from Churchill Square and its many bus stops. Bernd and Charlie were kind and attentive hosts throughout. It was a very pleasant place to live, and I'd definitely recommend it.

It was such a relaxing, fun stay, and I even got to enjoy water sports using the host's boat moored in the marina. The apartment was clean and thoughtfully designed. It was so quiet that I slept for hours longer than usual.

Bernd and Charlie were so welcoming and helpful. We even left a pair of glasses behind, and they helped us get them back that same day. The place had everything we needed for a great price. If we stay in this part of Brighton again, it’ll be my first choice.

We stayed in July 2025 during a heatwave, and I’d worried the flat might be unbearably hot. A lovely breeze kept it wonderfully cool. It’s a quirky place, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and it’s close to a grocery store and an award winning pub. Bernd was very helpful when he met us to check in. Best of all, there was none of the after hours street noise you so often get in Brighton.

Getting around Brighton was easy, and the studio was quiet. My friend and I spent two months there and really enjoyed it. It was clean, cosy and well equipped, just right for two people. The host was available and helpful whenever we needed anything. Honestly, it was a good experience and a great memory for us.
