It was peaceful where we stayed, while still close to everything Brighton has to offer. The room was gorgeous, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. For us, the location worked perfectly, with a 10 minute walk to the Lanes and 10min walk to the Concord 2.

We had a beautiful king sized room with a large bay window overlooking the green. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed, and the hotel is a converted off-front townhouse. Breakfast was a hearty English and continental spread. We didn't use the spa facilities, though they looked very comprehensive. The staff were lovely and helpful, and even looked after our luggage after checkout. I'd certainly recommend it for a couple's city break.

The room had plenty of space and modern comforts, but still felt like a boutique hotel. There was even a robot vacuum in there, which surprised us, and the heated mattress kept us warm. For our anniversary, they left a card and decorated the bed with rose petals at no charge. My husband and I had a really comfortable stay, and the service made the occasion feel special. We’ll definitely come back.

We come back every year for New Year’s Eve. The team are welcoming, the rooms are excellent and breakfast is always a winner. Definitely recommend it.

We had a bright, airy double room that was very clean, and breakfast was excellent. The guest house is in a handy spot, and the staff were charming and always ready to help. We’d happily recommend it.
