The studio is uber cute, with its own kitchen and bathroom. The instructions for on-street parking were detailed. Just a heads-up, seagulls will poo heavily on your car 🤓.

The location costs it a star for me, since it's a walk from the main area, though that's fine if you don't mind walking. The apartment itself is fantastic, with all the little touches that add up to five-star service. It's a self-entry property, but the help and service before arrival were great.

After having a family, my husband and I finally took our first holiday on our own in 28 years. This was the perfect place to unwind on a long-awaited break, and we're lucky to have found it. Spotless, cosy, and on a quiet street. Check-in instructions were faultless, and they left information about local amenities in the studio. A big thank you to the owners for sharing it with us.

The owners were helpful, and the accommodation was clean and modern. It's a great place for a short Brighton break, and I'd definitely recommend it. Just bear in mind if you have mobility issues that it's uphill from Brighton seafront and town.
