Suzie was a fantastic host, and the staff were lovely to chat with while making a delicious breakfast, which was included. The place feels homely, like visiting friends, and I'll definitely stay again. It's easy to reach the main tourist area and the seafront, yet far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Amazing hotel, I loved everything and would 1000% recommend it ❤️❤️

Such a peaceful road, even though you're close to the sea and shops. Our stay was amazing, and the service at breakfast was excellent. The breakfast itself was delicious, too. The rooms are clean and cosy, with lovely design details, and the bed and pillows were super comfy. Our shower was HUGE 🥰. The iron, little fridge with water, and tea selection with biscuits were a really nice touch. Definitely recommended 👍🏻

Suzie and Telly took meticulous care of my bicycle during my week-long stay. They're lovely, caring people who run a wonderful B and B. The full English breakfasts were delicious and massive, quite possibly the best hotel breakfast I've had. The building is quaint and historic, and the rooms are charming and functional. Ideal location, about a 10 minute walk to downtown Brighton and one block from St. Jame’s Street, packed with restaurants and cafés. A truly marvellous stay.

The owners were really friendly and gave us clear directions for getting in since we arrived out of hours. We were also greeted with vegan snacks in the room and had a fantastic vegan breakfast. For our first visit to Brighton, it was a lovely place to stay. Our room was clean, peaceful, nicely decorated, and comfortable, a lovely retreat to come back to after exploring. We'd definitely recommend it and will probably stay again when we're back.
