There are lots of shops nearby, and the location is ideal, just two minutes from the train station and ten from Heathrow Airport. The room was clean and comfortable, and Jason was so helpful, replying straight away every time. I couldn't recommend the place more. Thank you! ❤️

I keep coming back, and the friendly, welcoming staff are a big part of why. The room was clean, a good size, and nice, with a little garden out back where you can hang out. They sell beer and snacks at reasonable prices, and there's a Nescafé pod machine too. The bed can be pretty noisy, and I'd have liked softer pillows. I didn't actually ask whether they had softer ones, so they might. I'll definitely stay here again.

The staff were great, helpful, and quick to reply, and the room was clean and comfortable. For a short family stay, the first-floor room is handy with a toddler. There's a back garden, and a playground across the street.

We don't drive, so being close to Feltham train station and bus links mattered a lot. The staff were extremely helpful, and I was pleasantly surprised by the place. Our King room was bright, clean, and nicely decorated, with a great private bathroom and shower and a comfy bed. There are convenient local shops for food, and the facilities make it easy to enjoy and prepare meals. Bar and room ordering menus are available too. I'd recommend it to family and friends.

The hotel looked like an ordinary building from outside, so at first I wondered if it was the falsely advertised place I'd booked. Fortunately, the inside looked fabulous and the staff were nice and professional. I'm here for seven days. The room was the main disappointment. I'd booked for two, but the bed was too small, and the mattress was hard and thin, which made it uncomfortable. Since sleeping is such an important part of a stay, that really let me down. The bathroom also didn't have good soap. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the train and bus are close. The airport is a 25-minute bus ride away.
