The location was perfect for getting around, about 15 minutes from the station, five minutes from the beach, and near a road full of restaurants, mainly Asian. There's also a bar just below the hotel on the other side, so it was a little noisy. I'm a light sleeper but had no trouble. If you want to avoid that, ask for a room on the park side. The room was a good size and clean, with AC and a modern bathroom. An iron and hairdryer were provided too. You can stay until 2pm for an extra 20£.

The receptionists were great, and the rooms were lovely, with a lovely view of regency. There are quite a few creaky wooden steps to climb if you're on the top floor, so apologies to anyone who tried to get an early night.

Really lovely, and the room was nice too. The location is great. Just be aware there’s no lift to the third or fourth floors, and morning sun can make it hard to sleep in. For a night without breakfast, it felt too expensive.

I left my trainers behind and rang back 12 hours later. They said the shoes were “old” and had thrown them away, even though I’d only had them for a month. The staff were really rude and hung up on me. Worst service I’ve had. I wouldn’t give it a star, but the site made me choose one to post.
