The room was clean and tidy, with plenty of tea, coffee and milk, plus toiletries and a hairdryer. Some shared areas looked a little tired, and the room could use a fresh coat of paint and a dust, as there were cobwebs on the walls. Even so, it was very clean overall and great value for the price. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. It was just right before an early flight: the walk was short, with only a small stretch lacking a pavement. I walked to and from the hotel in the dark with hand luggage and had no problems either way. If you're walking, use the directions from the hotel, since Google Maps tried to send me a long way round.

It was quieter than we expected given how close it is to the airport, and we absolutely plan to use this place again. The self check-in and check-out were so well organised, with very clear instructions. Just don't follow Waze: at night, in fog and rain, it sent us on a scenic detour. It's a super convenient place to find without it, and the room was clean and comfortable. One suggestion for hosts anywhere would be to provide dairy-free milk or oat packets, as we forgot ours. I'd give it more stars if I could!

They've thought of everything to make this more than just a bed for the night. The rooms are extremely comfortable, and Bristol airport is easy to reach on foot. Getting in without a staffed reception was straightforward. I'll be back.

The airport location is ideal for flying from Bristol, and the price was very good. Airport noise was still loud with the windows shut, though I realise the owners can't do much about that and mention it just for information. The room cleanliness was poor: the carpet hadn't been vacuumed, there were hairs by the sink and shower, both mugs had stains and residue, there was some kind of splatter on the radiator, and the walls had dark, grubby marks. There's also a hole around the door handle big enough to see into the room from the hallway.
