The location made it easy to get to restaurants, the museum and art gallery, and we were comfortable during our three-night stay in a Deluxe 1-bedroom Apartment. The lounge and kitchen were spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The bedroom was roomy too, which made the tiny shower and toilet tucked into one corner all the more surprising. There was no shower enclosure, so water spread across the floor every time we showered. We had to leave the shower mat out in the bedroom. With so much space available, it's a shame a larger shower room couldn't have been built.

The room looked good overall and the location was handy. The bed felt lumpy, with the springs noticeable, and seems ready to be replaced. There was no soap in either the bathroom or kitchen, although I thought it was listed as provided, so I had to buy some. Not a major problem if you don't mind popping to a shop, something you may do anyway in a self-catering apartment.

The manager was very accommodating when my flight changed, and got back to me quickly whenever anything came up. The flat was clean, spacious and close to everything. A fantastic stay, and I'll book again next time I'm in Bristol.

The apartment was tidy and clean, but we arrived to a very cold place and couldn't get the heating system to work easily. The bathroom was clean and compact. Without a door or curtain on the shower, water covered the floor even when we tried to be careful, which isn't ideal in such a small space.
