The rooms were spacious, clean and tidy, and the main attractions around Whitby harbour are about a 15-minute walk away. Getting there was a different story. We felt like an inconvenience rather than valued customers, with no thought that we'd travelled several hours. When we asked where to park because we couldn't get onto the driveway, the response was, "Its late and cold". The stay was OK, but our host could work on her customer service.

Right across from pannett park and the whitby museum, and only a three-minute walk into the center. It's good value and a great place to stay. Just note that the parking rules don't allow vans or trucks. The car park is tight, but free parking is hard to find in Whitby, so I can't complain.

We stayed three nights and would happily recommend the place if you're in the area. Room 1 was a great size, with a very comfy bed. The room, bathroom, bedding and towels were all really clean. Tea, coffee, drinking chocolate and much appreciated biscuits were provided, and the fan in the room was a great bonus. Sonia was a lovely host, and we'd definitely stay again. It's about a five-minute walk into the centre, where you'll find everything you need. T&J from East Yorkshire

Having parking and being just a short walk from the attractions is a big plus. Sonya was friendly when we arrived and throughout our stay. The place has everything you need and more, and I'd definitely recommend it for a visit to Whitby. Also, a big thank you for sending back the charger we'd accidentally left behind :)
