The best part was the hot, powerful shower, easily a 10/10. The room was clean and roomy, around twice the size of a usual cramped hotel room, for half the price. Nice little extras too, like proper ground coffee, a small jar of granola and milk alternatives. My only complaint is that I could stay for just one night!

The rooms and bathroom were modern, and I loved the place. There's an honesty bar, plus a pool table and football table. It's about a mile from the centre, with plenty of cool pubs and restaurants nearby.

I liked the way the place was set up, and enjoyed the local murals and artwork. There was pool and table-tennis just outside the room, which was fun, though you could hear it clearly from inside if you wanted an early night. The location and setup are pretty cool, but might be less suited to the young family group I was with. I'd suggest having a parking plan in case the spaces outside are taken.

We found it easy to park nearby and walk into the centre, and getting to the place was straightforward too. The room and shared areas were really clean. We stayed one night with our 2.5-year-old son.
