My dad stayed here in 2008, 2010 and 2012, and I remembered the beautifully furnished apartments, with different shapes and sizes, right in the heart of Bristol and near the main landmarks around Broad Quay. When I visited in February 2023, the lift was out of order and the door keypad was ridiculously complicated. Still, it’s a good place for visitors if you’re fine with limited room service, since it isn’t a hotel.
