The room was clean and had everything we needed, and the lounge bar was a handy place to get food and drinks during our stay. The staff were professional and friendly. There’s no parking at the hotel, but a private car park is about a five-minute walk away, with a discount through the hotel. I’d recommend staying here.

The room was warm, clean and very quiet thanks to the soundproofing, and breakfast was lovely. Service at breakfast was the letdown. I pointed out that our table hadn’t been cleaned and still had someone else’s glass on it. The waitress took the glass and slid cutlery over from the other side of the table, but the table still wasn’t wiped. That’s why I’ve rated the service three stars.

Breakfast had a good range, and I slept really well in the comfortable bed. The room was spacious and clean, with a large bathroom, and the hotel is only a short walk from Temple Meads station. I’d suggest fresher coffee instead of the machine coffee. I enjoy staying here and will be back.

The receptionists were welcoming, and we were lucky to get both a free room upgrade and a late checkout. Our room was spacious, very clean, and had a super comfortable bed. Breakfast could use more choice, and the potatoes weren’t tasty or cooked enough. Ordering eggs made to order was difficult too, since the staff were very busy.

Amy at reception made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. She was warm and friendly, and nothing seemed like too much trouble, which made the visit memorable. The hotel was comfortable and clean, and its convenient location made our stay really easy. We had a lovely time.
