Angie made us feel right at home, and our room was great. Breakfast was freshly cooked in the morning from what we'd ordered the night before, with plenty of it. There was also lots of outdoor space and a lovely, large guest lounge. The location worked perfectly for seeing friends in Portobello. We'd recommend it and will book again. Thank you.

We first came here in 2019, when I brought my Son, and we're returning next year. The place is beautiful and kept immaculately. Breakfast is so wonderful it's the only meal you'll need. The lovely lady who runs it is another reason we loved it. When somewhere this gorgeous feels worth every penny, I'll keep coming back. I won't stay anywhere else in Scotland. ♥️♥️

We had a really nice weekend here. The room was very comfortable, and the hosts were helpful. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with english breakfast and extra bits. It's a quiet neighbourhood close to the sea, and a frequent bus gets you to Edinburgh center in half an hour.

Angela was so friendly and helpful. Our room was large and modern, with a lovely chic decor and, best of all, a big comfortable bed. The b&b is handy for the beach and has excellent public transport links into Edinburgh city centre. Definitely worth a visit, thank you Angela!

The guest house is on a regular bus route into Edinburgh, with buses about every 15 minutes. A day ticket was £4.50 pp, so getting around was easy. Our beautifully decorated room had a spacious, comfortable bed, and we slept really well for a couple of nights. The hosts were welcoming and did everything they could for us, including making breakfasts to order each morning. We had a perfect few days, and I'd recommend it and visit again.
