Saco Bristol - Broad Quay Apartment

All the staff I met were helpful and accommodating. The rooms were clean, well stocked and had good amenities, with tidy bathrooms and fairly spacious bedrooms. My replacement room worked properly, and the apartment-style place was pleasant with easy access to central locations. There was a mix-up on arrival and I was first given the wrong room, which is why my photos show both. In that first room the fridge was switched off and wouldn't close, but before I could complain someone knocked to tell me I was in the wrong room. The location is very close to Bristol nightlife. I faced the main road, so rooms at the back may be quieter. I stayed on a Friday and heard people out partying and noise from local places until roughly 2-3am, though I didn't check the time. It didn't bother me, but it's good to know.

We found the staff very happy to help, and the apartment suited our few days in Bristol perfectly. It was a superior one-bedroom place, with a comfortable bed and sofa, and a kitchen that had what we needed for a nice breakfast. Getting around town was easy from here, with plenty of nearby bars and restaurants to choose from. I'd recommend it.

The team were helpful and easy to reach throughout. I also appreciated the small thoughtful touches, like good quality, environmentally friendly washing-up liquid. The apartment was attractive, very comfortable and spotless. The oven looked so unused I could almost have been its first user. It's in a prime location.

Reception were really friendly and helpful, and the apartments were a great size with plenty of equipment. We liked being so central, though it brought noise at night. The free earplugs came in handy. I'd recommend staying here.
