Redlands Guest House

Breakfast was the standout: loads of choice, cooked perfectly, and made with really good ingredients. I've stayed in plenty of B&Bs for work and holidays, and this is the best by far. Matt and Steve were welcoming and gave us helpful ideas for places to eat and visit. We were in a lovely, very clean top-floor room, with a brilliant bathroom and both a rainfall shower and handheld attachment. It was great to return to Brixham as an adult with my partner and son after visiting years ago. The town is much as I remembered, with a few new buildings, and the B&B is a steady 15-minute walk from the harbour. Thanks for a lovely stay, we'll definitely be back. Graeme, Step and Daniel.

We were glad to find that the pandemic rules were being followed so carefully, with cleanliness taken seriously. This was our second stay at Redlands. The room was spotless and comfortable, breakfast was first class, and Steve and Matt were excellent hosts. We’ll definitely return. Thanks for a really enjoyable visit. Steff and Dave.

The place was spotless, and our room was clean and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of choice. Matt and Steve were so welcoming and went out of their way to make things comfortable. We enjoyed chatting with them, and they made our holiday a pleasure. The owners take real pride in the place, and you can see it in the spotless building and lovely, comfortable room. Breakfast was among the best I've had. They also explain some of the building's history if you're interested, which was nice. The care they put into making guests feel their stay is 100% is amazing.
