Barton Cottage Bed and Breakfast

Louisa made us feel so welcome, and the breakfast was fantastic, from the berries, homemade granola and croissants to the cooked options. We were travelling with our dog, so having a ground-floor room with a small private outdoor seating area was especially nice. The room was spotless and beautifully furnished, the bed and linen were wonderfully comfortable, and thoughtful extras included books, a good choice of drinks, filtered water and fresh milk in the fridge. Broadmayne is a pretty village on the main Dorchester to Wareham Road, making the location convenient. Thank you for such a superb stay.

Louisa’s breakfast was divine, and we had a lovely time here. My partner, our dog and I stayed for two nights in early December. The room was comfortable and really lovely.

Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choices, and it was great that the place welcomes dogs. Our bedroom was roomy, clean and cozy, with everything we needed and then some. We especially liked the wide range of teas. We had an amazing weekend and would highly recommend staying here.

The countryside around us was lovely and quiet, and the hosts were friendly and always happy to help. Breakfast had a nice menu too. Our garden room opened onto a little patio seating area, and it had everything we needed: good towels, a coffee machine, fridge, milk and water. The room itself was superb, with quality bedding.
