The hosts were so welcoming and breakfast was delicious. We had loads of room, and everything was comfortable and spotless at the blacksmiths house. We'd happily recommend it and hope to come back soon.

We stayed two nights in early November, and the queen Mary room was tidy and clean, with a huge bath. It's room only now, but the person running this lovely guest house was easy to reach and had left a folder full of useful local information, which helped since we didn't know the area. I'd definitely stay again if I came back to brockenhurst.

They cancelled the room after I'd booked and arranged my weekend around the stay. Now I'm having to fight to get my money back. I'd choose somewhere else if you want to be sure you'll actually have a room for the night.

The rooms are comfortable and decent, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. It's right around the corner from the railway station, and the people were very nice.

I've stayed here three years in a row now, and had another absolutely lovely visit. Ken and Sheila are wonderful hosts, and I now think of them as good friends. I'd highly recommend this B&B, especially for its lovely location.
