The Red Lion across the way was fantastic, and it's worth booking dinner there on Saturday nights. The village is charming, with a shop selling essentials within walking distance. The cottage in Litton was quiet, comfortable, well ventilated and heated, with plenty of linen and dishes. It was perfect for a family of 4, with twin beds in the 2nd room. We booked through Booking.com, though Sykes Holidays is another option. Looking forward to coming back next year.

We had a really good holiday at Cross View. It's a clean, tidy cottage with everything we needed, in a lovely village and a great spot for getting around the Peak District. I'd highly recommend it to anyone wanting a holiday in this part of the country.

A dog friendly cottage right in the centre of Litton. It has 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, plus Freesat TV, WiFi and a landline phone.
