They took my money, and then left me homeless for the night. I'm travelling with only my travel card, and their website wouldn't let me pay the security deposit. There was nobody around to help, and the people on the phone were rude. Avoid this place at all costs. Do not book here.

The lock was faulty and the room wouldn't open. I asked for help, but nobody came. They told me to walk to nearby accommodation in the middle of the night, which didn't feel safe. Since it was my first visit to Cambridge, I expected someone to take me there. The call centre staff didn't seem to know what to do when this happens. It was a nightmare. Never again.

There's no reception, office, staff, housekeeping, cleaning, or help. You book, check in with a door code, stay, and leave, with no service at all. The electricity kept tripping, about 10 times a day, though I'm not sure of the exact number. The owner didn't seem bothered. They took a £50 deposit. I asked to have my room cleaned and was told they'd do it at the end of the month. It's not just bad, it's very bad. There's no kitchen or chef, but you're allowed to cook for yourself on a gas stove that doesn't work.

Not the cleanest place, and doors kept banging while guests arrived noisily at all hours. I wouldn't recommend it if you want to sleep at night.
