A very high-tech B&B, and easy and convenient. It was nice, clean, quiet, close to the supermarket, and had a good-sized garden to relax in. The room is simple and has no desk, but there’s more space in the shared living room, which also serves as the kitchen. Ironing matters a lot to me, so I appreciated having that. I’d definitely stay here again if I come back to Cambridge.

There were no staff around, just notes explaining the ridiculous setup, which somehow felt like something a psychopath would leave. Between the automated room locks and a hidden camera in the outside light, I couldn’t tell what was making the place feel like “big brother is watching you,” so I spent most of my stay hunting for other cameras and murder holes. The sheets already had blood stains, and the DIY plumbing plus three-prong sockets within arm’s reach of the shower made the place seem like it might suit a murderer or assassin with no witnesses around. But even they’d probably fear for their lives. I’d recommend it to someone I had no intention of seeing again.

Lovely BnB, and the rooms were very clean. The shared kitchen had lots of complimentary food and drinks. The only drawback was the thin walls, so you can hear the other guests.

The kitchen had everything I needed, and there’s a shared area with tables since there’s no desk in the room. The internet wasn’t very fast. I felt a bit cold one night, but the owner was very kind and gave me an extra blanket and turned up the thermostat. Pleasant accommodation.
