Signet Apartments - Ceres

The place was shockingly dirty. There was hair, human or pet, across the furniture, stained carpet that I wouldn't walk on barefoot, and limescale, mould, and mildew in the kitchen, fridge, and bathroom, all of which seemed easy enough to clean. The sheets and towels were old and visibly worn. Water pressure and heating also failed at random, as if this were an old building. The check-in process with Signet was already problematic, but the worse part was that staff didn't seem to recognise any of this as a problem. We raised valid concerns politely and were made to feel like nuisances, almost gaslighted. They took ages to answer the phone, and during our long stay they didn't even provide enough toilet paper. At this price, the accommodation and service are shameful.

The apartment was stunning, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we could need. The area around it was lovely, with restaurants, the train station, and shops all an easy walk away, while the complex itself was quiet and felt safe. Darren and Anton were so helpful before we booked and always answered our questions, which put us at ease. On arrival, a lovely woman showed us around and made sure we were settled. We couldn't believe our luck and will definitely come back. Many thanks to Darren and Anton for hosting us.

I've stayed in both a one-bedroom and a two-bedroom Signet apartment near Cambridge railway station. Both were beautiful, clean, and stocked with everything I needed for cooking, plus complimentary toiletries. Groceries were a few minutes away on foot, and Addenbrookes, the city centre, and all kinds of transport were within walking distance. I urgently needed somewhere to stay, and Darren and Anton were so helpful and professional, making me feel welcome. The customer service and apartments were beyond exemplary. I couldn't have asked for nicer accommodation or hospitality.

Ceres was quiet, comfortable, and felt like home. It had everything I needed, including a washer-dryer, a comfy bed, and coffee and tea, and it's conveniently near the train, shops, restaurants, and city centre. Working with Signet Apartments is always easy, and I really enjoyed my stay at Signet Apartments - Ceres earlier this year. Looking back on 2020, I think of that stay at the beginning of the year with fondness and a bit of nostalgia. Hopefully I'll be able to travel to Cambridge again soon. I'm already looking forward to staying at Ceres next time. Thank you!
