It's right in the centre of Campbelltown, which is the big draw. There's parking at the back, and breakfast was good. The place is clean, with friendly staff, but it's a large, old-fashioned hotel that feels pretty dated now. With the high ceilings, each floor feels like two, and there's no lift, so getting luggage up to the second or third floor is a hike. Keep that in mind if you're older or infirm, and ask where your room is or whether someone can help with bags. It was a decent stay, though prices keep creeping up, so it's not the value it used to be.

The staff made us feel very welcome, and we slept comfortably in a remarkably clean room. We had a truly delightful stay at the Argyll Arms Hotel.

There's a decent pub here with a hearty, warming meal, and breakfast is always good. The rear parking keeps the car safely off the street. It's a lovely older hotel with welcoming staff, and the rooms are tidy and clean. The pillows could be better, though.

We booked at the last minute and they were very accommodating. Everyone was friendly and warm, and had a laugh with us. The room was lovely and clean, and nice and warm during winter. Breakfast was first class, with good fresh ingredients. Definitely would come again!!

The staff were amazingly friendly and accommodating, and the breakfasts were great, with some nice choices for breakfast and other meals. The beds were clean and comfortable, and the showers wonderfully hot. A truly fabulous little hotel. Thanks for a great stay, I'd go back any time 😀❗ Axxx
