The Lodge B&B @ Cannock Chase

Lee was there early to make me a pot of tea and set out cereal and delicious Greek yogurt with fruit before my business meeting. It was icy, and he'd also left out de-icer and a scraper, a nice touch. My room was spacious, clean, comfortable and nicely decorated, with a very comfortable bed. Lee was welcoming and helpful throughout. Much better than a more expensive hotel, and I'd certainly recommend it. Thank you.

I've stayed here more than ten times, mainly because it's handy for work, has secure parking, and Lee and Marie are lovely. The cleanliness is incredible, and they're warm and welcoming every time. The standards haven't slipped once. Breakfast is great too. I couldn't recommend the place highly enough. I'd ignore the one negative review, it almost sounds like it came from bitter losers from the show.

They even supplied a hose so we could wash our bikes, and offered us cake when we arrived. The hosts were great and very kind. There's a selection of tea in the room, and the full English breakfast was great every day. Would highly recommend staying here.

The rooms are spacious, spotless and have very comfortable beds. It's a quiet area, with plenty of local pubs to try out. Lee and Marie are lovely and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was a great cooked one, with the option to choose what you'd like. Well recommended.
